However, we don't give just anyone an account. To qualify for a Magic Darts Wholesale account, you must:
Hold a valid business license, seller's permit, or state tax ID in the state you do business.
Your shipping address must be within the same state listed on your license or permit. Nonprofits may provide their tax-exempt status. All approved accounts must complete our Wholesale Reseller's Certificate and provide a copy of their State Seller's Permit and Business License.

Affiliation with darts leagues is also acceptable.
Maintain your own stock to ship to your customers. We do NOT offer drop shipping services.
If you sell online, you must maintain your own inventory and ship directly to your end user. We will not ship directly to your customers and cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Magic Darts Wholesale applicants must be easily searchable on the Internet for verification purposes. Whether we find a website or a physical location, we must be able to determine that your business exists and is affiliated with darts, indoor gaming, or recreation. If you obtain a business license or seller’s permit and do not have a physical location or website we can find, we will reach out and ask for photos of the business and a physical location. You may be declined for a wholesale account if you strictly run a website that functions similarly to eBay, Overstock, or other similar e-commerce websites. If you are unable to provide proof of your business, your account will not be activated.

Magic Darts Wholesale Requirements
All Magic Darts Wholesale customers, both returning users and new accounts, must be familiar with our wholesale terms and conditions. A good relationship works from both sides. We want to be your partner in darts, and we ask for the same sincerity from all our accounts. Doing our due diligence on both ends protects the integrity of your business as well as our own.
If your business is approved for a Magic Darts Wholesale account, you must adhere to these rules:
Minimum Advertised Price
All Magic Darts Wholesale accounts must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price).
You can find MAP listed as the Internet price on all items we carry on the Magic Darts Wholesale site. Please keep in mind that word of mouth counts as advertising, so even if you do not have an actual price tag on an item you could still be violating MAP if you are selling for less than MAP for that item. This includes offering special discounts for your customers. If you are unsure of what MAP is for an item, please don't hesitate to contact our Magic Darts Wholesale department. Customers who violate MAP will have their account suspended and/or closed.
Minimum Order Requirement
Your first order must be a minimum of $400 (when you check out).
Once your account has been activated, you will be able to see our Magic Darts Wholesale pricing online. When your first order's subtotal is at least $400, you may check out and submit the order. All orders after the first are a minimum of $150 (wholesale pricing).
Shipping Costs
Wholesale accounts do not qualify for free shipping (or any other discounts/coupons) due to the discount you receive.
Please select the method in which you would like your darts wholesale items delivered (regardless of which option is the lowest cost). Often the website estimates high and we will change the shipping amount to the correct cost when we process the order.
Order Payments
All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
We do not offer terms and require payment via credit or debit card. Alternative payment methods like PayPal are not accepted at this time. For faster checkout, we recommend saving your payment information on your account. This is also helpful if any additions or adjustments are made to an order. If you do not want your payment information saved, you will be required to call Magic Darts Wholesale with the payment information and we will hold the order until payment is received.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock when we pull your order, it will still appear on the invoice but the price will be changed to $0.00.
We do not automatically back order darts wholesale items. If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, please be sure to note that on the “customer notes” portion of your order at checkout.
Business Hours & Order Cutoffs
The cutoff for "same business day shipping" is 1PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Orders received after the cutoff will ship the next business day. Our Magic Darts Wholesale team does everything in their power to ship on the same day however, some orders take longer to process and may need additional time to be shipped. Any order placed outside of the website (Email/Phone/Fax) will have to be entered on the site prior to processing, resulting in an additional business day to process.

Where is the Magic Darts warehouse located? Where will orders be shipping from?
Our warehouse is located at 5154 Auburn Blvd., Suite C Sacramento, CA, 95841. All Magic Darts wholesale orders will be shipped from this location to your location of business.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we require all first-time darts wholesale orders to meet a $400 subtotal minimum before you can submit the order. After your first order, the minimum is reduced to $150.
Can I place an order below the minimum requirement?
You can place an order below the minimum; however, darts wholesale orders received below the minimum are subject to being held or canceled.
