Wholesale Account Request

To qualify for a Wholesale account, your business must meet the following criteria:

• Business must be related to gaming, vending, recreation etc.
• Hold a current business license in the state where you do business and/or a valid state Tax ID. Whatever your state requires, you are an active and in-good-standing business (Non profits can send in a copy of their Tax Exempt status).
• All approved accounts must complete our Wholesale Reseller's Certificate and provide a copy of their State Seller's Permit and Business License.
