Our Founder & Owner
John Baxter
Former USA #1 professional darts player John Baxter started selling supplies at events back in mid-late 80’s. In 1989 he opened Magic Darts & Billiards in Sacramento, CA.
For over 35 years, he has helped countless customers in our storefront with their throwing mechanics and how that should guide their barrel choice. His leadership has helped the A-Z Darts team become the next generation of darts lovers who will always be your partner in darts.

CEO
KELLY BAXTER
Kelly and John Baxter have been running A-Z Darts for over 30 years. Kelly is the current CEO of Magic Darts Inc. overseeing all of our brands and customer service. A combination of John’s passion for darts and Kelly’s management over the years has positioned us at the very top for the distribution of darts supplies to darting enthusiasts.
GENERAL MANAGER
TORI SOWDERS
Tori relocated from Portland, OR to begin working with us in 2018. She quickly established new policies and structure to help improve efficiency amongst all employees and departments. Her administrative skills have helped tremendously organize the A-Z Darts team and overall vision here at A-Z Darts. Tori was promoted to General Manager in 2021.

JEN MOUNTS
While a sponsored darts player for A-Z Darts, Jen relocated from Tacoma, WA in 2017 to originally begin working with us as a graphic designer and cinematographer. She is now responsible for overseeing Magic Wear Sports Apparel, USA Darts Production, our Content Creation, Marketing, and Sponsored Players across all brands.

HEATHER CISTER
Heather joined the A-Z Darts team in late 2023 and took charge of our digital marketing efforts. She creates and organizes exciting content for our blog and social media pages while also managing our affiliate program, giveaways, and more.

WILL STUART
Will is primarily a live streaming technician for our production company USA Darts, however he joined our A-Z Darts team in mid 2021 to help develop and implement our Social Media content with both brands. Will is also a huge darts enthusiast himself, participating in local and nationwide events when he’s not broadcasting them.

JOSHUA KOHN
Josh joined the A-Z Darts team early February 2023 during a major website migration working remotely from Washington. He keeps tabs on everything related to our website and maintains over 14,000 SKU items, ensuring our customers have the best possible online experience while shopping with us.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
AIMEE XIONG
Aimee has been with our A-Z Darts team since 2006 and established an extremely high-functioning warehouse. She is our most detail-oriented leader responsible for ordering and efficiently storing over 14,000 SKU items in our massive facility. She also provides customer service for our online customers and oversees all warehouse employees and activities.
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
WILL O'BRIEN
Will became our warehouse powerhouse back in late 2022 and wears many hats to support the entire A-Z Darts team. From helping the shipping and wholesale departments with orders to repairing equipment with some TLC, he works hard to keep the warehouse in order.

DUSTY REECE
Dusty is our most tenured employee having started with us at the start of 2006. She has a wide array of tasks that include prepping and shipping orders, as well as providing customer service. For almost 2 decades, Dusty has ensured that our customers receive their orders in the shortest amount of time possible – one of our top priorities at A-Z Darts.

Elias joined the A-Z Darts team in early 2021 and works alongside our Internet customer service team providing phone assistance and helping fulfill online orders from our website A-ZDarts.com.

KRIS LAWRENCE
Kris joined the A-Z Darts team in 2014 starting off as a wholesale representative and quickly grew to oversee our entire wholesale department. She now works remotely managing wholesale accounts and helping with an array of administrative work. Kris is also very involved with the development and maintenance of our wholesale website, Magic Darts Wholesale.

NATHAN SCACCIA
Nathan is an avid darts player himself and began working with the A-Z Darts team in mid 2015. He primarily works as a wholesale representative providing customer service to our wholesale clients, as well as, prepping and shipping orders. Nathan often works with our creative team sharing his darts knowledge in order to create in-depth content for our blogs and videos.

BETO GUERRA
Beto is not only a long-time darts player here in Northern California, but also the President of our local darts organization the SVDA (Sacramento Valley Darting Association). He joined our A-Z Darts team in late 2020. Despite his short amount of time working with the company, Beto has added a ton of value and provided excellent work in the wholesale department.

STEVEN SCHECKEL
Steven has been with the A-Z Darts team since early 2010 and has developed unparalleled product knowledge of the darts and billiards industry. He’s been assisting customers with the buying process for over a decade and has helped countless individuals by providing tech support and maintenance tips. Steven is often involved in content creation for A-Z Darts as well.

Chloe joined our A-Z Darts team back in early 2022. She helps oversee our customers' shopping experience by helping them find what they're looking for, keeping the store clean, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our retail storefront.

Martiza became a part of our retail crew in late 2022. Alongside Chloe, she works hard to bring the best customer service to our retail storefront by greeting customers, keeping track of stock, and helping customers with their questions.

Joel joined the A-Z Darts team mid 2024 to grow and enhance our custom apparel brand, Magic Wear. He is responsible for designing graphic assets and working closely with the production of all made-to-order apparel.

You can view his many helpful articles about darts form and mechanics over on the Dax Munna column on our blog. His articles are an excellent reference for anyone considering becoming a regular contributor for the A-Z Darts team and looking to understand better the highest quality of content we hope to share with our followers.
Dax is a wonderful reference for future A-Z Darts team members as to what would be considered above and beyond in terms of quality content. He contributes an in-depth blog roughly once a month and his articles average over 2,500 words.

There is no need to panic if that sounds like a lot! We accept blog posts as short as 600 words, so you have freedom to tackle easier topics or simply write shorter blogs covering any and all industry related news/advice/issues. You’ll get to work directly with our A-Z Darts team to bring your written words to life with added imagery.

Option #2 | Create Videos
No worries if you aren’t great at writing, we’re always looking for delightful personalities who enjoy filming product reviews, how-to, unboxing, and tips and tricks types of content to assist our A-Z Darts team. We carry products for the following industries: Darts, Billiards, Disc Golf and Cornhole.
You can either send us raw footage for our A-Z Darts team to handle the editing process (see an example below of the Colonial V2 Steel Tip Dartboard Product Review by Will Stuart). However, if you’re adept in video editing software, you can earn more by doing the work yourself.
In this video, Will shot the footage with a Go Pro and lav mic in the comfort of his own home in Kansas then sent the individual files to our team for final editing and motion graphics added. Then, we uploaded the product review to the proper playlist on our A-Z Darts Youtube Page and made an elaborated Blog Post version: Colonial V2 Steel Tip Dartboard. You are welcome to make blog versions of your contributed videos for extra compensation!

Option #4 | Vector Design
Are you a freelance graphic designer and illustrator? We’re exclusively looking for vector art creation intended for dye sublimation of sports apparel in the darting industry. If you have experience designing apparel with Pantone colors, that’s a huge bonus; however, we would happily entertain purchasing stock vector art alone. You would not be working with individual clients or taking custom requests — your work would only be used for stock apparel creation. That means no deadlines, no rush, and no worries!
