Every year, Phil Taylor fans look forward to seeing what Target has in store for the next edition of his player darts. This year's edition of the Phil Taylor G10 Darts Range is beyond impressive with an incredible royal purple and gold branding – perfect for the all time legend, Phil “The Power” Taylor.
Phil Taylor's Legacy
Since 2014, the 16X World Champion Phil Taylor has worked closely with Target's specialist team of designers to pursue the perfect dart for his unique playstyle.
We have seen multiple generations of his player darts come out and now we've hit a huge milestone of 10 years of his player darts series! It's amazing to see his thirst for perfection grow even stronger and the Phil Taylor G10 darts range brings us one step closer as we've seen him perform with these in the World Seniors Darts Tour.

CUTS & COATING
CNC Milling Machines Are Used to Create Advanced and Intricate Grip Designs.
As with every predecessor of the Phil Taylor darts series, each new edition is branded and designed differently. The Phil Taylor G10 darts set is no exception and features new design choices that players haven't seen before.
At the front of the barrel is a new tooth-like CNC milled design. In my opinion, this is the most unique section of the barrel. The entire barrel is coated with black PVD for performance and then it’s sandblasted for unique texture.
GRIP INTENSITY 2/5
Overall, we rate the entire Phil Taylor G10 darts range with a grip intensity of a 2 out of 5.
This range is perfect for anyone with softer hands as it isn't aggressive at all! The subtle textures, sleek design, and new CNC milling provides a pleasant throwing experience for front-grip players in particular.
95% TUNGSTEN BARREL
Every Phil Taylor G10 darts barrel is made from 95% tungsten metal makeup. We see a common theme amongst many other top Target player darts as the higher percentage of tungsten gives the barrel a more dense and slimmer feel without compromising weight and durability.
WEIGHT & PURCHASE OPTIONS
The Phil Taylor G10 darts steel tip and soft tip models are nearly identical except for the nose profile of course.
In the front half, small cuts and rings provide better grip reference points making it a really nice place to rest your hand. The caged milling design across the rear is subtle but adds a lot of texture and dimension to the overall look of the Phil Taylor G10 darts.

The Phil Taylor G10 darts are themed this year in a signature royal purple, best seen in the Phil Taylor G10 edition flights. These special flights have a unique spot UV design and are crafted in 100 micron for increased durability.

Keeping it classic, Target used their market leading Pro Grip shaft for the Phil Taylor G10 darts. Each shaft is made with a high strength nylon that features a smooth lead in with a secure grip.
The G10 logo is proudly displayed in gold along the front to complement the purple color scheme, signifying a truly impressive milestone for the retired legend.

PIXELS TIPS - SOFT TIP MODEL
As per usual, the Phil Taylor G10 darts soft tip set includes Pixel Tips that work with all soft tip dartboards.
Each soft tip set includes only three Pixel Tips, but you can buy more separately for all your dart throwing needs.
Don't forget that you can convert any soft tip dart into a steel tip dart simply by grabbing a set of conversion points.
