Description
The Target Black Marque Eclipse Darts were developed in collaboration with Sin Ho Nam, one of Hong Kong’s leading professional players and the 2024 Hong Kong Tour Annual Ranking No. 2. Inspired by the balance of shadow and light, the Black Marque Eclipse represents precision, timing, and complete control, delivering a dart designed for players who demand consistency and confidence in every throw.
The front section of the barrel takes its inspiration from the phases of a solar eclipse, featuring a sequence of intricately carved eclipse patterns created using precision milling technology. Rather than being printed, these deep, rounded cuts are expertly machined over traditional ring grooves to create a distinctive grip that offers both exceptional tactile feedback and striking visual depth.
As the grip transitions toward the middle and rear of the barrel, arrow-inspired incisions reflect rays of light breaking through the darkness during the peak of an eclipse. Combined with ring grooves and subtle shark cuts, this carefully engineered grip pattern provides a secure, controlled feel that promotes precise finger placement and a smooth, repeatable release.
The front-tapered barrel profile positions the center of gravity toward the front, producing a stable, forward-driving trajectory with excellent balance. This performance-focused design helps deliver consistent accuracy while maintaining a comfortable feel throughout the throw.
Finished in a premium PVD black coating, the Black Marque Eclipse is complemented by polished silver highlights that enhance the intricate machining and reinforce the eclipse-inspired design. The contrast between dark and polished surfaces creates a refined, modern aesthetic that reflects the dart's theme of balance between light and shadow.
