Have you received an email indicating that your package was delivered, even though you have not actually received it?

Unfortunately, this is something we do see from time to time with tracking updates. In many cases, a package is marked as “Delivered” before it actually arrives, and it often shows up within 2–3 business days afterward.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you please check the following:

- Check with other members of your household to make sure the package wasn’t placed somewhere unexpected.
- Check with nearby neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake.
- Contact your local post office to see if the package is still being held at their facility.
- Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, as misdelivered packages are sometimes redirected and successfully re-delivered during that time.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Occasionally, packages are either scanned incorrectly or delivered to the wrong address. When that happens, we’ve seen packages arrive several days later after the recipient returns them to the postal system for proper delivery.

If the package has still not been delivered after the 7-day waiting period, we are then able to consider it lost, reship your order, and file a claim.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
