New, unused (or unwanted) product may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit provided that:
Prior approval is obtained from A-ZDarts (Via email or telephone)
Product is still in its original box and packing
Product has not been used (is in new condition)
Unwanted items must be returned at the buyers expense
Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund
All returned product will be refunded to the purchaser’s account
We do not process exchanges-only refunds. Please resubmit an order for an "exchanged item"
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise
