Tip remover woes

I had alot of tips in board, from a bad batch of tips. After a couple the plunger that pushes the tip thru bent, so it would no longer retract. Got the job done but not as easily as it should of been. This tool is heavy duty made except for the part that should be. For the price it should of lasted and preformed better.
