New, unused (or unwanted) product may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit provided that:
- Prior approval is obtained from A-ZDarts (Via email or telephone)
- Product is still in its original box and packing
- Product has not been used (is in new condition)
- Unwanted items must be returned at the buyers expense
- Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund
- All returned product will be refunded to the purchaser’s account
- We do not process exchanges-only refunds. Please resubmit an order for an "exchanged item"
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: It is best to call 916-334-2567 ext 1 to cancel your order, leave a message if you do not speak with a representative. Otherwise, order cancellations by e-mail must be received before 2pm pacific the day the order is intended to ship Monday through Friday.
